We are TreeFall Studios L.L.C. and we are an independent game development and publishing studio. Our publishing branch operates under the TreeFall Games Publishing label.

At TreeFall Studios we care about the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TreeFall Studios and how we use it.

Data Collected

At this current time we do NOT collect ANY data from our customers. We do not collect or store information related to player profiles on any console, nor do we have any analytics tools hidden in our games.

We have nothing in any of our games that can connect a player profile with personal real information. Therefore, as we do not collect any information, we also do not store any customer information.

The only information stored and used for analytics purposes by TreeFall Studios L.L.C. is overall generalized sales information. We do NOT have any customer personal information in this data.
